Cancellations

Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hrs in advance. Therapists will try to reschedule within the same week of a cancellation if possible, although an available spot is not guaranteed. If cancellation is not received within this time frame, the full rate of the scheduled session will be charged. This charge is not refundable through PASSS or those being reimbursed by insurance. Clients with sliding scale and pro-bono arrangements will have a limited number of no-shows and missed sessions required to maintain continuation with these payment plans.

During your initial consultation (offered at no cost) with the clinician, you can discuss the services you/ your family are interested in, the fees involved, and the various payment options available. Post-Adoption Special Services Subsidy

Post-Adoption Special Services Subsidy (PASSS) is a program that offers Ohio families assistance up to $10,000 per year with therapy costs for adoptees under 18 years of age. PASSS requires an application and several documents from the therapist providing services, but acceptance is typically not based on income. This option requires a DSM diagnosis.

Navigators are available through their website to answer questions about the application.

Insurance

Encompass therapists are currently all out-of-network providers. Many insurance companies reimburse a percentage of services provided by out-of-network clinicians.  If you're interested in pursuing reimbursement, ask your insurance company what percentage they reimburse and if there is a limit on the number of sessions per year. This option requires a DSM diagnosis.

Credit card payments are processed through Simple Practice, your invoices are sent to you as a monthly "superbill," and reimbursements would be sent directly to you.
